Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates (Software Developers, Engineers, IT Support) through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for our key client accounts.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site client meetings.
