- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly performance reports

Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Washington DC's job market preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in HR a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
