Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent across engineering, product, and data science roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill positions at high-growth companies
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiation
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to define talent needs
- Leverage ATS tools and data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in LA market
- Proven success placing engineers at scale (50+ placements/year)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche communities
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Certified in recruitment technology (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field
