Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts in the California tech ecosystem.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance and optimize sourcing channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Deep understanding of software development roles (SWE, DevOps, QA, Data Science).
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Strong ability to assess technical skills and cultural alignment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
