Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Java, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Build and maintain relationships with 15+ tech clients in Jacksonville metropolitan area
- Manage candidate pipelines through ATS while maintaining 95% placement satisfaction
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessment criteria
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation benchmarking
- Mentor junior recruiters on Jacksonville-specific talent acquisition techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 2+ years in Jacksonville market
- Expert knowledge of Java, AWS, and Kubernetes ecosystems
- Proven track record placing 50+ engineers in 24-month period
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Deep network of connections within Jacksonville tech community
- Ability to travel to client sites in St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra
- Experience with diversity-focused recruitment initiatives
