Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for key client accounts.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job specifications.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development, engineering, or IT roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of the Colorado Springs job market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
