Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions in Healthcare, IT, and Finance.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure consistent delivery.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from requisition to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate.
- Update candidate data and job orders accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local client meetings is required.
