Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open requisitions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and interviews with prospective talent.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on salary trends and industry demands in Illinois.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
