Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including software engineering, IT support, and engineering management.
- Source and engage passive candidates through networking, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and direct outreach strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect match for client needs and company culture.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of requisitions and ensure all roles are filled within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in the automotive or software sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
