Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Denver market
- Expertise in sourcing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Proven track record of placing 50+ technical professionals annually
- Strong technical literacy to evaluate engineering skills effectively
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with candidates and clients
- Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) preferred
