Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent technical roles
- Conduct technical phone screens and behavioral interviews
- Develop client partnerships through quarterly business reviews
- Implement ATS workflows to ensure 95% fill rate targets
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical assessment techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/enterprise clients
- Expertise in sourcing niche skills (Python, AWS, React, DevOps)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Technical background or CS degree preferred
- Proven track record of 30+ placements annually
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
