Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Source passive candidates through advanced LinkedIn strategies, Boolean search, and industry networking events.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to accurately assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high placement retention rates and repeat business.
- Negotiate offers and manage contract-to-hire transitions seamlessly.
- Track pipeline metrics and forecast revenue targets weekly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruiting or executive search.
- Strong track record of placing candidates specifically within the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales and placement targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales environment.
