Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists through proactive outreach
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Develop deep expertise in technical domains including cloud architecture, AI/ML, and cybersecurity
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-growth startups and established enterprises
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data analytics to optimize hiring metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation criteria
- Maintain industry knowledge through continuous learning and networking
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical terminology
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
