Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles across various industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to clients and candidates.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews, facilitating smooth communication.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately maintained in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume or niche technical roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Los Angeles job market and technical landscape.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
