Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Data Science).
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, networking, and social media recruiting.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and database.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment timelines.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide market intelligence and recruitment analytics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a staffing agency setting.
- Proven success in placing hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of technical job markets and candidate persona development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
