Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events, to identify passive candidates for niche technical roles.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide market insights to clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust network of candidates and clients to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT/software development lifecycle, including knowledge of programming languages, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies.
