Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Conduct market analysis to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Represent agency at tech meetups and recruitment conferences
- Maintain ATS compliance and candidate pipeline metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with staffing agencies
- Expertise in sourcing for cloud, AI, and cybersecurity roles
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements quarterly
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
