Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles across Seattle's booming tech sector
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation for 15-20 open positions simultaneously
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub talent mapping
- Collaborate with hiring managers at client companies to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical evaluations and coordinate interview logistics with engineering teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in our ATS and provide weekly performance metrics
- Build and nurture relationships with top-tier engineering talent across Washington state
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record placing software engineers, DevOps, and data scientists
- Expert knowledge of Seattle's tech ecosystem and compensation benchmarks for technical roles
- Proficiency in modern sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Entelo
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of technical stacks: JavaScript/Python, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and machine learning frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field preferred
