Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across engineering disciplines
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and market insights
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
- Maintain compliance with EEO and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
