Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with top tech companies in Research Triangle Park
- Lead candidate assessment processes including technical screening and behavioral interviews
- Collaborate with clients to define talent needs and optimize hiring workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive team performance through data-driven insights
- Manage recruitment CRM systems to ensure 99% data accuracy and pipeline visibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing
- Proven track record placing engineers in Python, Java, or cloud architecture roles
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and applicant tracking methodologies
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across full-stack, DevOps, and ML domains
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment with 90+ fill rates
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related technical field
