Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber technical professionals across PA's thriving tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill engineering, IT, and data science roles
- Develop deep relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and innovative startups
- Utilize advanced Boolean sourcing techniques and ATS platforms to identify passive candidates
- Conduct technical screening interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize recruitment campaigns and employer branding
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering/IT roles
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, GitHub sourcing)
- Familiarity with technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related technical field
