Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps)
- Collaborate with CTOs to define hiring needs and craft compelling job narratives
- Manage applicant tracking system pipeline with 95% data accuracy
- Develop talent pipelines for high-demand technologies (Python, React, Kubernetes)
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in NYC metro area
- Proven track record placing engineers at scale (50+ placements/year)
- Expert knowledge of developer ecosystems and compensation benchmarks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical understanding of SDLC and cloud technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
