Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior tech roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage client relationships to understand hiring needs and align talent acquisition strategies
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate competency
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment funnels and reduce time-to-fill
- Mentor junior recruiters and champion diversity initiatives in tech hiring
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with a staffing agency or tech company
- Proven track record placing candidates in cloud, AI, or cybersecurity roles
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering skills and methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and close candidates
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or Technical Recruiter Certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated success in diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives
