Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists across Georgia's tech hubs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean strings, GitHub, and niche tech communities to identify passive candidates
- Conduct technical screening calls and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers at client companies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive relationship management with top-tier tech professionals
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEOC regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers in Georgia market
- Expertise in sourcing technical candidates across full-stack, cloud, and AI/ML domains
- Deep understanding of Georgia's tech ecosystem including Atlanta's startup scene and corporate tech departments
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring competitive compensation packages
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
