Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through strategic networking, job boards, and social media platforms
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and industry-specific requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, generate reports, and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify compensation trends and competitive talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and pipeline metrics for performance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in sourcing IT professionals (developers, engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven recruitment approach
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client meetings throughout Northeast Ohio
