Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates through ATS systems like Greenhouse and Lever
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to position clients competitively
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and exceptional follow-up
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Chicago market
- Expertise in sourcing for full-stack developers, cloud engineers, and AI specialists
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technical skills and methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, AWS/Azure)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or Technical Recruiter Certification preferred
