Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier technical talent across software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Maintain ATS compliance and ensure diversity hiring initiatives are executed
- Lead recruitment projects for high-volume hiring campaigns and critical technical roles
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in tech/IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through Boolean search and technical communities
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and programming languages
- Strong analytical skills using recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification a plus
