Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean search and Boolean search
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to validate candidate expertise
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and organizational culture
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with focus on software development or IT roles
- Expert knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Proven ability to close candidates in competitive Atlanta tech market
- Familiarity with technical assessments and whiteboard interviews
- Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) and cloud technologies
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
