Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Mesa's IT, software development, and engineering sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Leverage ATS tools and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT/software/tech sectors
- Proven track record of successful placements in Mesa or Phoenix metro area
- Expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical roles (developers, engineers, data scientists)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
