Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing to closing.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and Boolean search, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth phone and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing and selection methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT and engineering roles.
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong understanding of the Jacksonville tech market and network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
