In this role, you will act as the bridge between top talent and local businesses, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding—all during your preferred weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.
- Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Collaborating with branch managers to understand specific hiring needs.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for weekend shifts.
- Updating candidate data and tracking metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
