Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop customized placement strategies
- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding for night shift assignments
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS system and provide weekly performance reports
- Build and nurture relationships with overnight facility managers and HR professionals
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill night shift roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift placements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport during overnight hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift hours
