- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client locations across Chicago
- Screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for temporary weekend roles
- Manage candidate databases and track staffing metrics in real-time
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps through rapid mobilization protocols
- Collaborate with clients to optimize weekend shift coverage requirements
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing, recruitment, or agency experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Valid Illinois driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6am-10pm)
