Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, and market intelligence
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with cross-functional teams
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize time-to-hire and candidate quality
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEO regulations
- Represent Nexus Talent Partners at industry events and tech meetups to expand our talent network
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in placing software engineering roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and social recruiting
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, cloud platforms, DevOps tools)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret hiring metrics and refine recruitment strategies
- Exceptional communication abilities with executive-level stakeholders and technical candidates
- Certified in recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
