Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Phoenix's booming tech sector
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Develop strategic hiring plans with Fortune 500 and high-growth startup clients
- Leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Optimize candidate experience through timely communication and transparent feedback
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with emphasis in software/IT roles
- Proven success placing candidates in Phoenix's tech ecosystem (Silicon Desert)
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with both clients and candidates
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate)
