Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, to identify passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique business needs.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms to ensure successful placements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in full-time roles within the Denver metro area.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance standards.
