Responsibilities
- Execute a full-cycle recruiting process for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple industries.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical and behavioral interviews, and assess cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure rapid placement.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and refine job specifications.
- Contribute to the growth of the agency by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in contract and direct-hire roles.
- Deep understanding of the San Diego job market and professional network.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
