Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Execute comprehensive recruitment cycles for diverse verticals including Healthcare, IT, Engineering, and Administrative roles.
- Talent Discovery: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Candidate Management: Conduct thorough phone screens, technical assessments, and final interviews to ensure a perfect cultural and skill fit.
- Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with account managers to understand complex staffing requirements and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent availability of qualified candidates for immediate hiring needs.
- Onboarding Support: Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical or professional recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
- Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly placement quotas.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for negotiation.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and heavy workloads in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
