Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and presenting qualified talent to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their workforce requirements and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to ensure the best cultural and skill fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track job orders and candidate progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence in El Paso.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles within the staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both clients and candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
