Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier candidates and key clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments with data-driven precision
- Manage staffing pipeline to ensure 95% fill rate within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in Pennsylvania markets
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in recruitment metrics
- Valid driver's license for client meetings
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
