Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates for diverse client industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and technical competence
- Generate weekly reports on key metrics including time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize agency-wide hiring processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling technical and executive roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for client meetings
- Experience with remote hiring protocols and virtual interviews
