Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech, healthcare, and finance professionals through multi-channel recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 high-stakes client accounts including Google, Kaiser Permanente, and Chime
- Develop innovative talent pipelines using AI-powered sourcing tools and niche community outreach
- Lead client consultations to define hiring needs and craft bespoke staffing solutions
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs for placement speed and quality
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and retention strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Bay Area tech/hiring
- ATS mastery (Greenhouse, Lever) with demonstrable candidate conversion rates >25%
- Expert knowledge of Oakland's talent ecosystem including key meetups and coding bootcamps
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Data-driven approach with ability to present ROI metrics to executive stakeholders
- Exceptional negotiation skills for complex contract and compensation discussions
- Portfolio showing 50+ placements in the past 18 months
