Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent and contract roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide market insights to ensure successful placements.
- Manage a high volume of job orders and track pipeline metrics to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Attend networking events and industry mixers to expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition within the New York metropolitan area.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales/recruitment targets.
- Strong knowledge of various industries, specifically Finance, Technology, or Healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.
