Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage a high volume of job orders and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
- Conduct effective candidate assessments and negotiate compensation packages.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
