Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media, and database mining.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the Baltimore job market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B sales experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
