Responsibilities
- Sourcing and vetting qualified candidates across IT, engineering, and healthcare sectors
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to placement
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with Houston-based companies
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Utilizing ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) for candidate tracking
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborating with sales team to exceed monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Expertise in technical and professional recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Houston's job market and key industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems
