Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15-20 corporate clients in Chicago's key industries
- Source and vet candidates through advanced Boolean searches, networking, and AI-driven tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality placements
- Lead a team of 3 junior recruiters through mentorship and performance coaching
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach at Chicago industry events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience with Chicago-based clients
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually in competitive markets
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Expert knowledge of Chicago's labor market across finance, tech, and healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in closing high-value placements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Exceptional networking capabilities within Chicago's business community
