Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding using modern ATS platforms
- Analyze market trends to position clients as employers of choice
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement KPIs
- Lead candidate interviews and assessments for technical and executive roles
- Optimize recruitment funnels through data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success placing candidates in technical or executive roles
- Expert knowledge of Georgia's labor market and talent pipeline
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Greenhouse
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
