Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse industry clients
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages with candidates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for pipeline management
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland's job market and industries
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques
- Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Relevant certifications (CPSR, CTS, or SHRM preferred)
