Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse industry clients across New Orleans
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent, contract, and temporary positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and CRM systems
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical proficiency
- Manage client relationships through weekly updates, feedback sessions, and strategic consultations
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on talent availability and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of successful staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and placement
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to manage complex client relationships
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans' talent market and industry dynamics
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing and Recruiting Certified (SRC) preferred
